The five states which comprise the South Central Region – Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, and Florida - represent 44.28 million souls who will be eternally saved or lost. With approximately 150 WPF ministers in our region along with many other apostolic brethren not affiliated with the WPF, we are tasked with a huge assignment by our Master, the Lord Jesus Christ –

“Go ye into all the world and preach the Gospel!” (Matthew 28:19)

Only through hearing, believing, receiving, and obeying the Gospel of Jesus Christ will any of

these 44.28 million people be saved! With our monumental assignment, however, we have also

been provided sufficient power to perform the task!

"But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be

witnesses unto me... unto the uttermost part of the earth. " (Acts 1:8)

Rev. Johnathan Howell

SCR Missions Council Chairman

Coon Memorial Offering

Rev. Crawford Coon, the only deceased member of the founders of the Worldwide Pentecostal Fellowship, lived and labored within the SCR for many years. The Missions Council of the South Central Region established the annual Rev. Crawford Coon Memorial Church Development Offering to honor his memory and for the purpose of assisting in funding general and specific needs of church development and evangelists within the region. Churches throughout the region are encouraged to receive this offering on the first Sunday in March annually and send it to the missions chairman of the SCR.

Missions Council

The Purpose and Objectives of SCR Missions Council are as follows:
